the front of the factory is the most acceptable and practical
form of construction presenting an attractive streetscape and
point of entry for customers and deliveries.

haunched steel portal framed buildings are widely adopted in
such buildings, an aesthetic and economical alternative is the
glued laminated timber portal frame for spans up to 30m.
